Who is eligible to enter The Voice of Logan Contest?
To participate in the Contest, you must be a legal resident of the State of Massachusetts and 18 years of age or older. See Official Rules for restrictions and complete eligibility requirements.

Where do I submit my entry?
Your entry must be submitted on the Contest Website at www.voiceoflogan.com by completing an official entry form. IMPORTANT: You will need to record a video of yourself reading the Script and upload it to the registration form.

What do I need to do to enter the Contest?

1. Record a video of yourself reading the Script. Your video can be up to 60 seconds in length. Make sure to review the Judging Criteria prior to creating your video.
2. Complete the Contest registration form at www.voiceoflogan.com. You will need to provide your name, phone number, email address, a brief statement as to why you should be the Voice of Logan, and record and upload your video.
3. Entries must be submitted via the Contest Website and must comply with all applicable Entry Submission Requirements outlined in the Official Rules.

What is the Script?
Welcome to Boston Logan International Airport—front door to the capital of heart, hustle, and hometown pride. This city runs on iced coffee, raw ambition, and unbeatable team spirit. So let’s go. Whether you’re grabbing a lobster roll by the harbor, waiting in line for a cannoli in the North End, heading out to Gloucester for a little salt air, or paying your respects to the Green Monster like it’s a sacred landmark (because it is)—we’re wicked glad you’re here.

When does the Contest open?
You may submit your Entry into the Contest beginning September 14, 2026.

What is the deadline for submitting an Entry into the Contest?
All submissions must be received by October 4, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET).

How do I know if my Entry has been submitted?
You will see a "Thank You" message following a successful registration.

How many Entries may I submit?
There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person into the Contest.

I am having issues recording/uploading my video.
We recommend using a fast network connection, preferably WiFi for a better experience. Some computers and mobile devices may not be able to use the live video recording feature, so we recommend pre-recording the video and uploading afterwards in those cases. The site requires JavaScript and cookies to be enabled to work, if your browser blocks them you won't be able to register. If you are having issues submitting your entry, you can email voiceoflogan@mkpromosource.com for support. We will make every effort to review all inquiries, however, we cannot guarantee a response to every inquiry individually.

Can I change my video after it is submitted on the Contest Website?
Once an Entry is submitted, the Entry is final and may not be modified.

How will the Winner of the Contest be determined?
All Entries will be judged to determine up to 15 Semi-Finalists.

Confirmed Semi-Finalists will advance to a Second Round of judging to determine 8 Finalists.

Finalists will attend a Live Audition Event on or about October 19, 2026, where their Live Audition will be recorded.

The Finalist auditions will be posted on the Contest Website from October 24 – October 28 for Public Voting.

At the end of the Public Voting Period, the number of votes received for each Finalist will be calculated.

The Finalist with the most votes will be deemed the Winner.

What is the Judging Criteria?

• The Boston Logan “Vibe” – (40%).

  We want a voice that feels like home. When travelers land, your voice should make them feel welcome, safe, and grounded.

  The Goal: Be inviting, friendly and unmistakably Boston Logan.

• Crystal Clarity – (20%).

  Airports are loud. Really loud. We need a voice that cuts through the terminal noise without ever raising the volume.

  The Goal: Effortless understanding – even for travelers in a hurry or for whom English isn’t a first language.

• Smooth Delivery – (20%).

  Can you give directions or share a PSA without sounding like a robot?

  The Goal: Keep it steady, natural and easy to listen to – even if a traveler hears you five times in one day, make them want more!

• Keep it Real – (10%).

Don’t “over-act.” We just want the most authentic version of you!

The Goal – Be sincere, approachable, and genuinely helpful so even a standard announcement feels personal.

• Why you? – (10%).

  Along with your voice, we want to hear the reason you’re drawn to represent Boston Logan and why this role feels personal to you.

  The Goal – To hear your genuine relationship with Greater Boston and Boston Logan.

What is the prize?
The Winner will earn the title of “The Voice of Logan” (the “Prize”) and have the opportunity to record Public Service Announcements (“PSAs”) to be broadcast throughout the terminals at Boston Logan Airport. There is no monetary value associated with the Prize.

How will I know if I am a Semi-Finalist?
Potential Semi-Finalists will be notified by Marden-Kane (the Administrator) on or about October 9 via email and/or phone.

All potential Semi-Finalists are subject to eligibility verification and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release, must consent to undergo and complete a confidential background check, and must be able to attend the Live Audition Event on October 19.

Failure to return all required documentation to the Administrator by the date stated in the notification email will result in disqualification.

How will I know if I am a Finalist?
Finalists will be notified by the Administrator on/about October 16, 2026.

When will the Winner be announced?
The Winner will be announced on the Contest Website on or about November 5, 2026.
